MCG生理教育包
疫情下所有已知組織的活動及生理相關物資皆停滯,透過MCG翻轉他們受助者的身分,讓他們認識青春期的身體變化,並自主製做布衛生棉度過經期,減少對經期的恐慌。
During the epidemic, the activities of all known organizations and physiological related materials are stagnant. Through MCG, the identity of their recipients is reversed, so that they can understand the physical changes in adolescence, and make cloth sanitary napkins through menstruation, reducing menstrual panic.
MCG生理教育包,從零開始在在地提供完整的自主教學包。協助女孩了解生理以及布衛生棉製作,進而解決心理上對於生理期的徬徨無助以及實際解決生理上的問題,更達到物資雖然停滯但仍然能夠持續解決問題的目的。
MCG Physiology Education Package provides a complete autonomous teaching package locally from scratch. Assist girls to understand the physiology and the production of cloth sanitary napkins, so as to solve the psychological helplessness of the menstrual period and actually solve the physiological problems, and achieve the goal of continuing to solve the problem despite the stagnation of materials.

我們採用在製作上最為簡易且擁有布衛生棉模板的造型,以提供往後女孩需要進行更多布衛生棉製作時協助。

2. 關於生理教育手冊
主要目的是期望當地女孩可以了解生理期,藉由了解生理狀況減少對於經期的恐懼,進而得到良好的處理。因此整體主要藉由男女生理相呼應的方式,讓女孩們了解男女生在成長過程中都同樣會遇到生理上的變化,只是表現的形式不同。最後我們放上經期的應對方式、緩解經期的方法、當地的迷思解答以及當地容易遭遇的問題與應對方法。
2. About Physiology Education Manual
The main purpose is to hope that local girls can understand the menstrual period, and reduce the fear of menstrual period by understanding their physiological conditions. Therefore, the whole is mainly through the way of physiological interaction between male and female students, so that girls understand that boy and girl will also encounter physical changes in the growth process, but the manifestations are different. Finally, we put on the way to cope with the menstrual period, the methods to alleviate the menstrual period, the answers to local myths, and the problems and coping methods that are easily encountered in the local area.
3. 關於製作布衛生棉DIY教學手冊與材料工具
主要提供女孩解決的方法,我們以提供製作的工具及材料替代直接提供衛生用品的方式,希望藉由教學以及動手製作讓女孩們得以藉由自己的手製作出屬於自己的布衛生棉,且由於製作的材料能夠在當地取得,因此在生理物資缺乏的狀況下他們可以在當地取得材料並自行動手製作,不會因物資供應的斷絕而無所適從。
3. About making cloth sanitary napkin DIY teaching manual and material tools
We provide tools and materials instead of directly providing sanitary products. We hope that through teaching and hands-on production, girls can make their own cloth sanitary napkins with their own hands. The materials can be obtained locally, so when there is a lack of physiological materials, they can obtain the materials locally and make them by themselves, and they will not be at a loss due to the cut-off of the material supply.

試驗
整個設計過程中我們藉由不斷的與當地愛女孩組織溝通了解、愛女孩組織提供的資訊、參考烏干達當地政府的教育大綱和生理教材,並輔以網路資訊調查,甚至烏干達相關社群網站詢問,進行初步的設計與調整設計。期間更藉由台灣同年紀的女孩進行初步的改良,最後藉由烏干達當地女孩進行試驗與改良,將設計加以修改以符合當地的閱讀以及風俗習慣,以確保設計的產出能夠確實實施。
